Data Processing Agreement

Terms governing how Otonomos.ai processes personal data on your behalf when you use the platform to administer an entity.

The DPA text is being finalised with counsel. It will follow the structure required by GDPR Article 28: scope of processing, categories of data, sub-processor list, security measures, and audit rights.

When you transfer in your first entity, your acceptance of the DPA is recorded before we begin any processing on your behalf. The version identifier tied to your account is the one your agreement is bound to; if we update the DPA, you will be prompted to re-accept.
