Service Level Agreement

The SLA text is being finalised with counsel. When you sign up or transfer in an entity, the version currently configured on the backend is recorded against your account, along with the date, your IP, and the version identifier — this audit trail is what establishes your acceptance.

Once the drafted SLA is published, it will appear here in full. Existing customers will be prompted to accept the new version the next time they visit their dashboard.
