The Privacy Notice is being finalised. It will cover: what personal data we collect (account, entity, and support information), why we process it, how long we retain it, who we share it with (auditors, payment processors, KYC providers), and the rights you have under GDPR and equivalent regimes.

Unlike the Service Level Agreement and Data Processing Agreement, this Notice is not a contract — it is our disclosure of practices. You do not need to consent to it for us to be bound by the practices it describes.
